Screenwriting

Writing for the screen is perhaps where Genevieve finds the most enjoyment and comfort. She was recently named as one of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowship Semi-Finalists out of 5600 submissions world-wide with a first draft of her first-ever script Umbra, a coming-of-age comedy-drama that explores the power of found family and friendship.

Genevieve is currently working on her next projects:

- A feature-length satirical comedy on the nature of God (Catholic's Version)

- A feature-length whodunnit against the backdrop of Aussie politics & the child-protection system

- A 30-minute satirical pilot on The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints afterlife beliefs
